The Real VA collects email addresses from people who send us an email. We also collect information on what pages that users access on therealva.ca. Such information can contain personal data about you including addresses, phone numbers and other information shared via communication. We do not share your information without your permission, and any and all data shared is strictly for conducting business transactions with The Real VA.

We use cookies, small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We make use of Google Analytics as our site activity tracking software. The data captured is used to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. We may also contract third parties to assist in marketing the site, including techniques like re-marketing that leverage cookies as a signal of a prior site visit.

LEGAL OBLIGATIONS OF INFORMATION RELEASE

The Real VA will only release information if required to do so by law or court order. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary that we disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable to protect The Real VA’s interests or your own. We will seek to ensure that any proposed disclosure is required in the circumstances and then ensure that we disclose only the information that is required.
